Due to the death of William Hubbard, and as Marga Hubbard has moved to a nursing home, the following will be sold at the home located north of Milan, Missouri (from the northeast edge of Milan, Missouri, on Highway 6, go north on Highway 5 for 1.25 miles, then west at the 1st gravel road 1/4 mile). This 3-generation auction features the family of Cal Hubbard (1900-1977), who grew up in Milan, Missouri, and was the only American athlete inducted into the "Hall of Fame" both as an NFL Player and as a Major League Baseball umpire. Several items from his estate will be sold, plus his heirs' (William & Marga Hubbard) lifetime accumulation. Interesting auction with lots of antiques, primitives & unusual old items.
